Adopting that policy on a practical basis is almost necessary self-protection camouflage in New York City.
I have a daughter who is a liberal. I love her very much despite her silly political views. I discuss things with her on a regular basis, and we seldom agree.
Just because of all of that, she in no way calls the shots on what I believe. If anything, I’m the one trying to change her.
One important thing, though, is that I know she has my back, that’s she loyal, and that when others have fled she’ll be there.

If the reference to the 1/2 sister is Tiffany who graduated from college a year ago, that’s expecting a lot from someone who just went through the 4-year indoctrination mill. Give her a little bit more time to straighten out her thinking. They REALLY indoctrinate the young now in college. No excuse for Ivanka and Jared, though, whose D.C. home was recently protested in the evening by protesting, topless LGBT crowds at 9 p.m. in the evening. They should have learned from that!
Maybe among your particular circle. In general, "Conservative" Jews remain overwhelmingly Democrat.

Gotcha, I was thinking it was the religious or moral “right”. Trump supporters who abandoned her so quickly because of the rainbow politics.
I think Ivanka was raised in a liberal surroundings... probably to think for herself... and no barriers. Having that much money to do whatever one wants to do, Trumps kids turned out pretty well. It’s not strange Ivanka would take this route. She could keep her beliefs to herself, or broadcast it on Twitter. To broadcast it, can’t help her father and President Trump does not need anything else to be attacked about... Ivanka hasn’t learned, in her role, she can’t just say anything she wants. Before her father became President, their money was a magnet and protection.. not any more.
As far as I know gays are not generally a violent group unlike blm and the clan so I no I dont support those ideologies. And I don’t “support” gay relationships
And i understand what you’re saying... I don’t subscribe to the gay lifestyle myself and am a Christian. I have wrestled with this for a long time as several dear friends are gay...but I keep coming back to the place in my heart that tells me to pray for them and just be a good friend. It has not been put on my heart to lecture them on how to live and who to love. If and when the Lord moves me to take that role, I guess I will.

Chassidic Rabbi about why Hashem made the decision to make that sin onerous and an abomination.
Chabad doesn’t get involved in defending their positions (Hashem’s directions). I’ve looked for Chassidic treatises on what they think about homosexuality, but can’t find any. Smart for Chabad, but leaves me not knowing how to learn why Hashem said homosexuality is abomination.
I’m sure they give answers when the right questions are asked.
S’anyways, anybody have a good way for me to ask my Chabad rabbi why does Hashem call the act abomination.
My other thought is that Ivanka will be so bullied by radical homosexualists that it will cause an awakening in her psyche, where, maybe she’ll learn the truth about those quasi-friends, and realize they’re not following Hashem’s path to return to Him. I don’t know what her Rabbi says, but I know Chabad is very accepting, as long as one is following Hashem’s path. Since homosexuals don’t...I don’t know what happens then. Are they asked to leave the synagogue?
I would love to have been able to enthusiastically embrace Ivanka, but, except for being the first child and his only daughter, she has virtually nothing in common with his agenda, at any level. The family tie and business interest and the brand is naturally certainty, but after that, what does a Trump supporter have to embrace, in Ivanka?
The sons seem to be more the chips off the old block, clever, quick to respond in an appropriate manner, accomplished public figures in their own right and in step with their father on every issue, with his instincts and his values.
Very poor decision. Evil is not something that should be supported.
I don’t see the link between LGBTQ and the Paris accord as a gay issue. I see a link as a LIBERAL issue and, hence, their intolerance again floats to the surface. If you can’t voice support for ALL their issues, they trash and mock you even if you support some of their issues.
Nothing.

The connection's been made out there in Liberal Land that the end of Paris means the end of the world, so subliminally or instinctually, this looks really bad to some people, but it's all just spin and hype.
