I kinda agree on Dysphagia...although I’m not sure about the Parkinson’s angle. You can get Dysphagia from a pure old fashioned stoke, which is pretty much what she had there in 2012.
One key feature of Dysphagia is that you have trouble swallowing....so you might be stupid enough to avoid water and re-hydrating yourself on exceptionally hot days...like the 9-11 Memorial Day episode. In that case, she got all dehydrated because she wasn’t sipping water on a continual basis and had to get thrown into the Scooby van. It would how she got to the apartment....got pumped up on water and easily walked out an hour later looking ‘fine’.

When her collapse was first reported, the description was exactly the same as what the video, a couple of hours later, showed. “Tossed into the back, losing a shoe on the way”. But until the video, the news treated the story as mere speculation. She may have felt a little light-headed because it was so warm.
