For hiring 3 illegals the penalty to the owner is ZERO..?
That’s a really sure formula for assuring ALL others do it.
There should be a huge fine for each individual case.

Most likely, they gave the owner phony SSN’s and by law he is supposed to accept them. We need e-verify and it needs to be required of the owners. I think Obama or maybe Bush got rid of the requirements on owners. Then we need to arrest the ones who hire illegals.

According to immigration laws there is a big fine per employee violation. It has not been enforced for years but hopefully is now.
