Larry Elder takes us on a tour-de-force of Comey saying -- prior to the “memo,” he was not asked to stop the investigation[s]. BTW, no one has seen this memo… even the reporter who wrote the article. This is mainly a quick upload to show that “impeachment” cannot be a level reached – legally. EVEN Dennis Kucinich is worried about the Democratic machine [i.e., the “deep state”] left in the administration that wants to undermine Trump:

Along with Comey being dirty, he had his ego damaged, just like Hillary did, he was fired by President Trump, she was sacked in the election by Donald Trump...

Some people think they are so important in life, no matter what bad things they have done, they forget there are other people who know them, know what they have done, and don't like them...

Both of them worked together for years, and Comey covered for her and bami, on everything...and now he's trying everything to get back at President Trump, not understanding that what he did was and is wrong and the American People can see this, the same as the American People didn't want Hillary because they both are the ‘filth that floats down the gutters in America everyday’...

A passing news report this morning mentioned something about the FBI saying it was not going to turn over said phantom memo even though it is not classified. My only conclusion is that you can’t turn over something that doesn’t exist. Unless they’re holding it to build a case around.

There is no good wording that could be utilized in such a memo. If it says there was pressure, then Comey broke the law by not reporting it when it happened. If it says there was no pressure, then it reveals Comey as having nakedly attempted to harm Trump with a lie.

Best option: refuse to produce the memo.

Yep - starting to look like Trump played him like a cheap violin and may well have had a good idea that Clapper and Brennan would try to throw him under the bus to save their own sorry reputations. The fact that he was allowed to stay for so long probably bolstered his ego and made him think he was invulnerable and could continue doing the Clinton's bidding in "open sight".

Well both are possibilities. I did find it odd Comey has yet to say whether he made it practice to do these memo’s. We can say that a POTUS is being skewered and slandered for obstruction based on an anonymous sourced story about a memo we know no one has seen. It took DNA before MSM would admit Clinton did what he did but they are trying to destroy Trump with no evidence at all.

In the end, it is just a memo. Unless they have very strong proof to back it up - and that doesn't look very likely at this point - it is just words on paper.

This whole thing is frustrating as Hates. These are serious allegations against the US PRESIDENT. There is ZERO reason this should not have been a top priority, investigated and concluded by now. They purportedly sorted through hundreds of thousands of Clinton emails in a matter of a week, yet this memo can't be furbished?!

As you say, the double standard is glaring and the non handling of this serves to highlight how blatantly incompetent and/or our corrupt our government is.

Agree. When the MSM is 100% on your side, you have many advantages. The liberal shill journalists couldn’t conceal their excitement in reporting on this memo. A scenario in which they would demand to actually see it is unthinkable. They’re not the brightest bulbs, but even they can figure out the multifaceted advantages of reporting on the memo without subjecting it to actual questions/scrutiny.

Who would issue such a subpoena? Congress could see it (if it existed) through reviewing Mueller’s actions and evidence. It would be presented as evidence to a grand jury if someone is prosecuted.
