CNN’s Jake Tapper wonders why Trump more warmly received in Saudi Arabia when Obama's father was a Muslim (Full title)
Somebody please explain to Jake Tapper about Arabs and the "strong horse." Osama bin Laden explained it pretty economically years ago, but that's a message that is difficult for liberals living in a fantasy world to grasp. After all, Barack Obama had a Muslim father, and he's a "person of color" (one of the most annoying expressions in the English lexicon, casting Caucasians as colorless), so there must be some kumbayah, right?
Jen Psaki, to whom Tapper asked his question, is in no position to explain, as she first tries to grab credit for the arms deal Trump just announced before denouncing it. Both people are completely unable to deal with the realities of a power equation, especially one that shows the emptiness and futility of Obama's policies.
Watch and wonder at the kind of people who get access to media time, and in Psaki's case, actual foreign policy deliberations.

Has anyone sent a note to the 9th circuit telling them that they can shove their Muslim bigotry meme because I’m sure they’re too ignorant to know that most Muslims consider Saudi Arabia to be the sacred keeper of their faith.

Doesn’t say much for Tapper and how he processes the news. Or is he just trying to get a dig in.

Public radio had a similar comment this morning. During a story on Trump’s visit, they said that Saudi Arabia had “an irrational aversion to Obama” based on nothing more than their disagreement with Obama on Mubarak, on the Iran nuclear deal, and on Syria.
My thought: This is why rational people see the mainstream media as #FakeNews. Even Joseph Goebbels restrained his praise to a level that could be taken seriously by true believers. Today’s journalists sound like over-the-top satire with tingles running up their legs at the thought of any socialist in power.
Jake Tapper has been wandering in the fever swamp so long, he becomes disorientated when the foliage thins out too much, and actual sunlight penetrates. He cannot process the brilliance and illumination.
Uhhh, because they are scared of him??? Could it be?

If the focus is on religion, I have a partial answer.
The Saudis would have no additional reverence for Obama due to his father being Muslim, because Obama was not Muslim.
If the focus is on religion, to the Muslim world, Obama’s father being Muslim would make Obama an apostate Muslim.
In Muslim theology, an apostate is actually at a lower status than the rest of us “infidels”, because that means that Obama was one who was exposed to Islam but rejected it.
In Muslim theology, the rest of us infidels are simply ignorami who have not rejected Islam because we haven’t been exposed to it. But since Obama was exposed, his rejection of Islam offends the sensibilities of Muslims more than you or I who never knew Islam.
Bowing and scraping doesn’t cut it in the Mideast. In the Muslim world the big dog eats. Trump is the big dog.
They respect strength
