I firmly believe that if Bray’s proven success of winning elections by getting out super high percentages of Pubbies during an election were tried even in Maine they could win. We have 1.5 million population...never mind voters. More than half live within 50 miles of ultra-liberal Portland.
That's why we have "Two Maines".
