So don’t waste time and money in ultra-liberal Portland. You only talk to Repubs and make sure they vote.

More than half live within 50 miles of ultra-liberal Portland....and vote RAT.
CD2 generally votes R, but the RATs have held the House for over 50 years (except for one term).
