Wrath of Euphrates fighters have rescued 15 thousand civilians from ISIS gangs during the past three days.

The Operation Wrath of Euphrates launched by YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) for the liberation of Raqqa territory continues in the 4th day of the 4th phase.

Thousands of civilians in settlements north of Raqqa rush to the areas cleared by SDF forces during the campaign. At least 15 thousand locals have been rescued from ISIS and transferred to safe areas over the past three days.

Since the launch of the 4th phase of the campaign on May 10, SDF forces have rescued thousands from the Raqqa city and villages of Esediyê, Rehbet Aslah, Hettîn, Qahtaniyê, Rabya, Ya’rub, Ednaniyê, Xatuniyê, El-Yamama, Mişêrfa Miftah, El Raşid, Ebû Kubra, Tel El-Beyaa, Cezra, Mezraa El-Ensar and Rafqa.

The rescued civilians are settled in the Ayn Îsa Camp following an ID check.

100 thousand civilians from Raqqa city and surroundings have been transferred to safe areas under SDF control. No international aid organisation has provided support for these refugees yet as the number of displaced IDPs taking shelter by the SDF grows every day.

Partially because of access to the country. Turkey closed their border to US humanitarian aid groups because of the dispute over the Syrian Kurds. (and to defend their ISIS buddies) I am aware of 1 truck load of wheat flour from US providers was turned back at border over a month ago. It was going to a large bakery that a European company had donated to the cause.

Mattis and the SDF are not loosing momentum in this battle. And the SDF is taking care of helping the civilians escape as they have always done.

Taking Raqqa, ISIS's capital, will not be a quick battle. I am pleased that the number of civilians escaping is increasing. ISIS has been using them as human shields to keep from being killed themselves.

May God help all those involved in Ending the Great Dark Evil Force from the face of the earth.

What happens when it’s just SDF and Assad?

Well, if Russia and US can have some influence, I am praying a just peace can be arrived at.

Kurds are not trying to oppose Assad. But they have not turned any territory they captured over to Assad’s forces. They have long history of negotiated relations.

It is a good question, but there is no good clear answer at this point.

On a positive note, yesterday I read that the USAF made a strike coordinated with Assad’s military on an ISIS position. I’d say that is a sign of some level of cooperation.

Kurds are far from cowards :)

Boy you sound angry!

America’s no angel in this. OUR president likely founded ISIS, pulled the troops out of Iraq, started the arab “spring” etc. etc.

A lot of blood is on our hands.

We dont get to individually say “i didn’t vote for obama so he wasn’t my president.”

Sadly he was. And he nearly destroyed the world.

In case you didn’t know or are refusing to admit, the Hajj uses those facilities to house guests coming from all over the Moslem world to full fill one of the five pillars.

Your view that they should be used in Syria is misguided drivel
