A group of 29 people have been charged with historical sex offences against children.

Prosecutor Richard Wright QC told the court that the defendants have been split into three groups which are set to face three different trials early next year.

Mr Wright QC said: “We are not going to serve all of the evidence for each defendant, there will be discrete cases served for each"
