I live in New Hampton NY not far from Port Jervis.
Interstate 84 work is UNRELATED to the gas tax shoved down throats previously.
You also have no problem suggesting higher tax burdens on others.
Nice to know you can afford it.
Also, talking to yourself is a sign of impending mental collapse.
The I-84 reconstruction was not funded by PA’s gas tax hike. The reconstruction began years before the gas tax hike was proposed.

It’s sad that you think that government could move that fast and that you’re crediting them with doing so. This project has been ongoing since *2014*.
This is both obvious and overdue in the most urgent way possible. California is the template for the perfectly inept, really sick example of a means of governing.
Thinking about it kept reminding me of the short-lived disturbing TV series KID NATION.
Being just cute and hip and meaning well doesn't work in the adult world. Enthusiasm can never be a real world substitute for knowledge, experience and judgement.
The producing segment of the state must demand accounting for the continuing ineptitude and self-destruction of the State of California.
What do the productive citizens need to do to force the elected custodians of what used to be the greatest state in the Union to be accountable?
A good start would be a non-refusable demand for a FULL and COMPLETE accounting of where California's share of Hussein Obama's historic STIMULUS MONEY went.
Followed by the competent investigation of the habitual crime of diverting money authorized by the voters for specific purposes to illegal and unknown purposes unexplained purposes and waste.
Aren't illegal elected criminals subject to the classic obligations of fiduciary responsibility subject to criminal prosecution for violations?
Why doesn't the California Constitution include sanity,a crime-free life record, and enough benefit of an education to understand the Constitutions that limit them as well as understanding words like "fiduciary" and "accountability?"
There's GOT to be more to qualify as a functional citizen than a pulse, greed and a mouth.
