Trump-bashing begins in California's race for state insurance commissioner

President Trump may not be running for California insurance commissioner but that doesn’t mean he won’t be a political target in the campaign.

State Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens) devoted his first online ad in the 2018 race to depicting Trump as anti-immigrant, anti-woman, anti-healthcare and a climate change denier. Lara urged voters to support his campaign for insurance commissioner so he can protect California from Trump’s reach.

“His hate has only made me more determined to empower Californians to control their own lives,” Lara proclaims in the ad, which was released on Monday.

Doesn’t matter. The elections are rigged in California to offer a choice only between two far-Left candidates, just like in the recent U.S. Senate race to replace Idiot Boxer.

There are also no write-ins allowed under the new law--which was approved by the voters.

State Sen. Ricardo Lara (D-Bell Gardens)

Born to illegal alien parents (both of them) in a U.S. hospital (probably on MediCal dime).

No one has questioned this guy's citizenship. There is no legal ajudication of his status except a vague reference to Wonk Kim Ark v. United States in 1898, and many attempts in the Congress to clarify the 14th Amendment to exclude the children of illegals, all defeated by Rats and Rinos.

Sr. Lara has no right to make laws for we Americans and should be deprived of any position of trust in the United States. Ilegal aliens like his parents don't have the right to decide who our citizens will be, much leass have them making laws for us.

It was approved by voters who failed to see the inherent dangers of open primaries. These are the same voters who approved Motor Voter and other uniparty measures, again maybe not seeing where they would lead.

Or maybe they were a socialist majority who cynically saw the end game and fooled a bunch of nice people who in their innocence were trying to be "fair." Whatever the reason, California has now become one of the first American Communist states.
