Republican senators say they don’t see a way to get healthcare reform over the finish line, even if the House passes a bill this week.
A senior GOP senator said the chances of getting 51 votes for legislation based on the House healthcare bill are less than 1 in 5.

There isn’t an Obamcare repeal in the works. At best is a new improved version of Obamacare and that’s it. Prices of policies and deductibles wont drop a dime.
And the “individual mandate” is replaced with a “continuous coverage requirement”.

Pass a bill, any bill, of the general topic of Obamacare repeal/replacement. Then fix the result in the Conference Committee.

I disagree. This bill is aimed at giving states the latitude to impose changes that will reduce premiums and deductibles.
Nobody in the Senate gave Donald Trump 1 in 5 odds of winning last year, either.
If it fails in the senate the American people are stuck with Ocare — until it completely collapses. Trump is in the catbird seat; he did what was necessary to replace this disaster. Nobody can blame him now. The monkey in on the senate’s back.
Has any of the Media started calling it “Trump Care” yet?................
