The FBI learned it’s lesson in the ABSCAM case in the early 1980’s. They won’t ever again take on top-levels of the D.C. power structure. In the name of preserving “the FBI as we know it”.

Nothing will be done! This is the “if I talk about it, it is the same thing as doing something” club.

Absolutely. Comey is pure scum. I am sick of his bald face superior attitude where he expects us to swallow his BS with a smile and a thank you.

But he will turn on Trump in a New York minute, just like he did with Bush.(which endeared him to Obama)

As I recall it was Trump, himself, who declared after the election he had no interest in persecuting Hillary. So, IMHO, he made Bush’s mistake before he was even inaugurated. Comey didn’t need an email to know that he could leave Hillary untouched. According to what I learned in the Army this is “undue command influence” but then I am just a peon freeper. What do I know?

If you read the article one thing becomes clear.

It was never Comey’s place to be the arbiter of Hillary Clinton's prosecution and he only did so because the Lynch Justice Department had proven itself to corrupt to allow Loretta Lynch to make the call and to cover up and block prosecution of Clinton.

The case should be submitted to the new Justice Department and a Grand Jury empaneled.

It will be hard to get everything because the massive stone wall and cover up to obstruct justice has allowed the trail to grow cold and many documents to be destroyed or be (quasi) legally erased due to civil retention laws.

But what they already have is more than enough to put Hillary and about 10 members of Hillary's inner circle behind bars.

.

At this point if he did reopen it would be considered political and not criminal prosecution. I would love to see her in prison but the way it would look is whats stopping anything from happening.

Comey\Clintons all the way back to WhiteWater.

He was let Sandy Berger off with a wrist slap for stuffing his socks with classified documents at the same time shielding the clintons from being implicated.

There’s nothing humorous about this guy.

I am sure that Comey thinks he finessed this all just right. He presented Clinton as an incompetent, guilty criminal. His made his refusal to indict her so bogus that a child could see through it. The appearance is that he wanted Clinton to lose because the electorate sized her up as a criminal, without unleashing Armageddon with Lynch and the Clinton DoJ by recommending indicting her as she clearly deserved. Clinton lost. Mission accomplished.

An honest man would have blown the lid off of the whole DoJ cover-up, including the corrupt elements within the FBI. An honest man would have forced this into the hands of a special prosecutor and grand jury long, long before the election. Had he made it clear that the rule of law would be followed, the Dems would have had to nominate someone else, less despised than HRC. Aggrieved Dems might have turned out in force, and won the election, or gone down in flames with Hillary kicking and screaming all the way. But it would have been an honest process.

But Comey is not an honest man. When he announced that he had to let Hillary off because Bill and Lynch were caught obstructing justice, he hit the outer limit of absurdity. Two things are making me nauseous: 1) Comey; 2)Trump’s failure to fire Comey.

To: Rockitz; All

What? Does the FBI stimey the DOJ prosecuting?

Has not enough ‘she’s guilty as hell’ verbiage NOT flowed from these stupid sessions?

WTF *HAS* Sessions done but verbally finger-wag at sanctuary cities/etc.? Anyone?? For that, I blame the BOSS.

(L-O-V-E-D how these crack-shot, elite, top-of-the-game (R) lawyers couldn’t ask a question worth a damn. As if anyone expected any hard hitting Q & A. ALL those e-mails INSECURELY sent and *NOBODY* piped up, “That sounds highly illegal, no?”)

Comey can’t get a break.
We think the he’s protecting the Clintons, while the Left thinks he sabotaged the election.
