As far as I am concerned, the most important finding of this examination will be whether the perp is dead or not.

Arkansas should just say “no” and move on.

They should just go back to public hangings.

Autopsy result:

“He’s dead, Jim.”

I don’t like the idea of the Government putting people to death, but if the inmate was found guilty with due process applied for the convicted - too bad!

P.S. Does anybody know the crimes committed by the condemned?

Their new policy should be: Immediate cremation upon declaration of death.

Coroner to judge six months later: “We’ve concluded our exhaustive autopsy and determined the manner of death to be death by lethal injection. Case closed.”

If they squawk about the chemicals used on the guy, just tell them the next one will get a .44 magnum 240gr in the brain pan. He won't have time to suffer. he won't feel a thing. If I shoot lye into his veins, the first squeal or cough, we pull the trigger and spatter his noodles on the wall, how can that be cruel and unusual? We wouldn't want any suffering with lye eating his liver.

You know the rest of the world is laughing at us with this crap. Saddam used to lower people into wood chippers,...slowly. These same people griping about this are the same ones that didn't want Bush to go into Iraq.

This judge resides in a safe, affluent neighborhood. She has no conception of what the victims of these murderers go through.

The constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. It does not guarantee a painless execution.

All you need to know here:

On November 2, 2011, President Obama nominated Baker to be a District Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Interestingly though, she’s white!

I see jerking and convulsions as something that should not be optional. Perhaps on the end of a rope.

It’s not like even a judge should be in doubt as to the cause of death.

Did any of his victims experience "jerking and convulsions"?

If the Libs (including Lib Judges) continue to interfere, states need to think about using a guillotine. Instant. Swift.

Firing Squad. 5 Marksmen, 3 bullets. No one knows who fired the shot that killed. Done. Period. And no more criminals hanging around for 20 years longer that the actual victims of the crime were allowed.

The intent is merely to add to the cost of the death penalty.
To make it an unaffordable punishment.
