Five Reasons We Keep Losing To The Left
Western Free Press ^ | April 21, 201 | Eric Blake

Edmund Burke, the father of Conservatism, once wrote “When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fail, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.”

Later, John Stuart Mill said, “Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Bad men need nothing more to accomplish their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing.”

All right, all right—why am I writing this, amid all the victories we’ve enjoyed? For goodness sake, the RNC’s just announced that it’s raised a record amount of post-election funds! So, why am I writing an article on why we lose?

Well, we just suffered a major loss, lately—or two. Bill O’Reilly’s gone from Fox, and the channel seems about to suffer an overhaul. And to be blunt, these issues hurt us—badly.

Why did it all happen?

Because we let it happen. We constantly take so many things for granted, and it keeps coming back to bite us.

SO—here’s our problems: First—We Appease The Left, “To Avoid Further Controversy”

Andrew Klavan warned us, after Obama’s reelection:

…It is long past time for conservative minds and money to take the battle to the mainstream. How is it possible that the mind-boggling success of Fox News has failed to spawn half a dozen imitators at least—especially venues for the libertarian young with their antic sense of political incorrectness? Rupert Murdoch, God love him, can’t live forever. It’s time for others to step up.

The biggest reason is that the left managed to make their standard the moral standard. To oppose that makes it seem that you are arguing for immorality.

this is a simple lesson that I learned in my elementary school history class. (Which, as we were discussing now house the Sandy Hook kids, just trivia)

The job of a conservative is to say “No.” It’s the easiest, yet sometimes hardest job in government. We are to “keep things the same”.

The moment a conservative says “yes” to anything, they are no longer a conservative and conservatism loses.

When a Liberal suggests anything - even if it’s a good idea - the job of the conservative legislator is to say “no”. They are voted into office to keep things the same.

The only failure that Conservatives suffer is the unwillingness to say that simple word.

I assume you mean when you turn... If my memory serves me right Jesus said this in relation to our personal connections and associations with other people. He did not say it should apply to political entities. The original statement is correct about the causation of the interplay with the Dims and liberals in general, the politics and not the friendships and relationships.

Jesus told Peter to take the sword, the night he was betrayed.
Peter took off the ear of the centurion and Jesus put it back on.

I pondered that scene and concluded that had the centurion been standing straight, Peter would of also cut into the shoulder. No, Peter was going for the head and the guy tilted his head sideways. Prove me wrong..

There is only ONE reason: The GOPs we elect to office are just as corrupt as the leftists. Whatever the leftist scheme, take Obamacare for example, the elected republicans gain just as much as the dems do - and WE pay for it all.

Our “lawmakers” only make law to shore up and further their OWN power and graft anymore. When was the last time a federal law was passed that actually benefited/protected our citizens?

The two parties play fight for us over the media, but they’re all in the same bed. The one WE pay for.

We are to “keep things the same”.

Well, that's pretty terrible.

I don't want to keep things the same, I want more Justice, more Righteousness, and the Constitution actually treated as if it was the supreme law of the land.

I think conservatives fail because we fail to understand the liberal mind. That mind is obsessed with control because it is gripped by paranoia. The liberal mind is gripped by paranoia because it does not grasp abstract concepts and so the world appears to be constantly spinning out of control.

So the liberal mind holds on to simple ideals and clings to them at the expense of understanding the context and circumstance of being human and how individual actions and interests interact for the common good. The eventual result is tyranny on a small or grand scale, from soft to hard. To the liberal mind tyranny becomes an almost inescapable necessity.

“I don’t want to keep things the same,”

Then you clearly see how not saying “no” ruins everything.

And you see my point. Now that conservatism has deviated so far, for us to be conservative is just an exercise in futility.

I will defend a world from the Reagan years, while someone from the Coolidge years wouldn’t be too happy with my thoughts on things.

The Left controls the “News” that useless idiots consume. (If you control the Narrative—you control all perceptions). Useless idiots don’t read, just listen to sound bites and go to public schools, which repeat the lies and disinformation 24/7. Whoever controls the images/Words (and the Marxists do) will control the perceptions of the ignorant masses (most people). Marxists took over all the universities by the sixties to destroy virtue formation in our young adults.

These brainwashed, emotionally damaged children, after 12 years of constant control and embedded dependency and learning to “follow” orders (Pop Cutlure/MSM), they can’t process Truth (God)—not al all. They have no foundation of Truth (Reality), no virtues (courage, wisdom) because they were controlled all their lives in the factories of lies, which make them FEAR to DISAGREE with the MOB; Psychological warfare on little children’s minds with hyper-sexualization to enlarge the Limbic area of the brain and destroy the intellect and moral formation.

It takes courage (virtue) to be an outlier, and that is what you have to be, since the vast majority of children have been thoroughly brainwashed into believing Boys can be Girls, Up is Down and Virtue is Vice (into Satanism).

It is for the NWO. Fichte knew 200 years ago that you had to destroy free will in children (get them out of their Natural family away from moral adult role models) and create a traumatizing (skool) system, where if children showed any individuality, they would be severely punished; you could control and warp them for life.

If children didn’t conform to the program (controlled paradigm, where sodomy and baby-killing are virtues), then you were targeted by peers (while teachers encouraged the assault with laughter) . “Group (non) “Think” is all that occurs in publik skools now.

It is all planned. The snowflakes and antifa are intended results of our skool system to emotionally cripple our children so they will be immoral, addicts for life; completely worthless human beings. Common Core was the final nail in the coffin.

I can cut that down to two or even one. One, The Republican party, they don’t realize they won. and two is Paul Ryan, that traitor RINO has to go and now.

Politically, it’s hard to credit the notion we are losing to left when the majority of statehouses and governors are Republican, the USSC is conservative, the President governs from the right, and both houses of Congress are in Republican hands. If that’s losing to the left, someone is setting their sights too high.

Culturally, there is a leftward trend that has been going on for the last hundred years. Don’t look for it to change any time soon.

“The biggest reason is that the left managed to make their standard the moral standard. “

That only begs the question - how did they manage that?

The answer is we caved at every turn.

Where is our resistance? Where are our street riots? Where are our in-your-face boycotts of all the companies that give in to the left and their morality?

We totally outnumber them, but they always manage to steamroll us because... we let them.

"Because the majority of Republicans in the House and Senate are on the left."

The old quotation by Joseph de Maistre comes to mind: "Every country has the government it deserves."

Could it be that among the majority of Americans, the concept of self responsibility has diminished and that they want a left leaning government to take care of them?
