White people are always stealing stuff from black people. And black people, like Oprah, dont like it.
Neither do third-grade teachers in lily white schools.
Just a few months ago, my friends third-grade son informed him that white music record labels steal black music and never pay for it.
He learned that from a teacher who spent an hour breaking it down how the Beach Boys stole "Surfin USA" from Chuck Berrys "Sweet Little 16". But the teacher left out the punchline: Chuck sued and won and today he is listed -- and paid -- as co-author of the song.
Ditto Alan Thicke and Pharell: last year, a judge ruled they owed the estate of Marvin Gaye $5 million for a similar offense.
The list of black creation and white theft is a long one, we are told -- stretching back to the pyramids right up to the space program.
And every scholar of Critical Race Theory will tell you it is one of the reasons for the historic poverty of black people: White people just keep stealing from them.
The latest story of this kind to reach popular culture is the legend of Henrietta Lacks: how in the 1950s, Johns Hopkins University extracted rare cervical cancer cells from her body during treatment and used them as the basis for hundreds of medical treatments and discoveries for diseases including AIDS.
But unlike Chuck Berry and Marvin Gaye, Henrietta Lacks never got paid. And that is why Oprah got mad enough to produce and star in an HBO movie about it. What the white people did not understand is: we didnt know nothing about nothing, Oprah cum Lacks charges in the movie to the cowering white reporter.

Shouldn't that be Robin Thicke?
Oprah is becoming just “too white”.
Happens with the coming of affluence. Does Oprah get the dose of “white guilt” too?
I know that space stuff being stolen has to be real and true because I saw the film “Meteor Man.”
Don’t Mexican immigrants (and their descendants) owe royalties to African Americans because the Mexicans stole the idea of pyramids from the Black Egyptians?
No. I worked in a local TV newsroom with her years ago when she was being groomed for stardom by Group W, the station owner, and many I worked with would opine, quite confidentially of course, that they thought that down deep she was very disappointed she wasn’t born white. So it is and never was about guilt, but envy.
Music is “stolen” daily and has been since it’s inception.
It’s isn’t stolen because the writer is black.
There are only 11 different notes and they only sound pleasing in certain orders. Also, there are only about two hundred words that appear with frequency in lyrics.
Creating a race problem out of is silly, but that’s the liberal world today.
I want reparations for having to put up with this stupidity.
The late Alan Thicke was the father of Robin Thicke.
First, steal a chicken...
Everything is racism*
*except hating white people
I'd say that she stole that hair from Larry Fine and/or Sideshow Bob, so that just leaves the spray tan (which is barely worthy of George Hamilton).
I read the book about Henrietta Lacks. Fascinating story. She had several children with her first cousin. Since I think she was also the product of two first cousins - anyway, sad story. She died at the age of 31 of cervical cancer. At the time they had no cure for it. The medical community routinely kept tissue of people dying of disease, without asking for permission, to try to find a cure. They discovered that her cells didn’t die. Jonas Salk used a strain of it to cure polio. So I think that her descendants got some money out of it but she didn’t lose anything and they certainly didn’t. However, a lot of people got rich from the research and her descendants needed the money. But I don’t see it as stealing.
All music since J.S. Bach's The Well Tempered Clavier is a direct ripoff. He covered every single key in a single 110 minute work. Everything you ever wanted to know about music is contained in that one composition.
I believe that is true about many blacks; there is real envy, coupled with a crushing inferiority complex.
Not much can be done about that, unless you’re as rich as Michael Jackson.
I guess they don’t mention when black people steal music from whites - like the guy who sang “Ghostbusters”. Ray Parker Jr. settled with Huey Lewis and the News when he stole the music from “I Want A New Drug” for “Ghostbusters”.
According to wikipedia, Huey Lewis had been asked to compose the theme song for the movie but was too busy to do so. Instead they found someone to simply steal Huey Lewis’ music and pretend it was his own...
And Chuck Berry stole from old county songs.
Rap songs don’t even steal the notes they cut and paste the riff from a hit recording and voila a new hit with a catchy hook.
He stole from Marty McFly, thanks to his cousin, Marvin.
