To: Alberta's Child

For years now we’ve enjoyed ultra sharp 7 year old Canadian cheddar cheese, from our local PA Farmers Market. Wisconsin should crank up and produce that cheese themselves. I’ll buy it instead.

I bought some 13 yr old cheddar once.

WOW!!!

That's something you'll never forget.

IIRC the price was something like $26 a pound.

WI really needs to develop cheeses than can compete with the European stuff.
WI’s cheese is NOT EVEN close.

WI’s cheese is not even on-par with NY state.

We already produce so much cheese that Wisconsin is importing milk for the production. There is also the question of how much more demand there is for higher quality cheese from Wisconsin when the average American has shown that for them low price beats higher quality when making purchases.
