This from one of the biggest candidate yawners toward ever building a TRUMP wall. Everything was going to get shoved off to the Constitution, on ICE, and “the Feds” and to “law enforcement”, to technology, and to.... oh, nevermind.
Let’s see him get it legislated from his perch, on the Senate side. Croooze is needing those Trump voters for re-election.

Upon further thought, I would keep the name, but not limit it just to El Chapo’s assets, but as the actual name of the Act says - make it ALL stuff seized from the illegal drug trade or human smuggling.

And going the other way, the Beaners sending money “home,” force each of them to provide documentation to the transferring entity proving that the funds are tax-paid and that the sender has a legal right to be in the United States. Other wise a levy of 50% will be taken from the remittance and forwarded to our Treasury, and that ICE has been called so they only have minutes to start running.

Was the federal government responsible for his capture? If so the funds should go to the wall, other enforcement efforts and catching and killing drug suppliers.

You mean kinda like the signs along our highways that say: “this section of the roadway is courtresy of “XYZ Company?” I can see it now: “This section of The Wall is paid for by the Sinaloa Drug Cartel, or El Chapo Guzman!” Might even suggest that El Chapo be brought down on occasion to paint parts of it.

I had “heard” that the wall had been appropriated several years ago. What happened? Anyone hear that too?
