It’s a good idea. Trump admin should begin to talk about it, work with the legislative branch and do it.
Nothing stopping them except of course the courts will say it’s illegal.
President Trump needs to direct the Justice Department to send Federal Marshals to arrest judges who violate law by attempting to make their own laws.
Let the Rats defend that cheese.

Trump should use DoD money to build the wall. It’s a national defense emergency. POTUS has power. Use it!
Here’s the problem with this proposal - “The U.S. Government is currently seeking the criminal forfeiture of more than $14 billion in drug proceeds and illicit profits from El Chapo.” Note the word seeking, as in, not currently in the US coffers. So this could potentially take years or not happen at all. If this is the funding mechanism for the wall, then you may not ever get a wall.
To further clarify previous post, note the words upon conviction:
“The 33-page indictment against El Chapo, filed in 2016 at the U.S. Eastern District of New York, does not dissect the $14 billion. It simply says that upon conviction, the U.S. will seek forfeiture of any property or contractual rights derived from the continuing criminal enterprise, “including but not limited to at least approximately a sum of money equal to $14 billion in United States currency.”
There are also questions as to whether he is worth that much.

Crooze creatively designed his “call” to read “ELCHAPO”, (as it’s acronym). No “wall” specified. This means that he can hope on the wings of a dove where this money is allocated, but, as always, the title precludes the actual “call” and is Crooze speaking legalese. AGAIN.
RICO already collects money, (lots of it) from organized crime, mafia, syndicates. Directing the usage of it may or may not be in the hands of the Senate, but money confiscated does go toward the expense of crime fighting.
The take away is that coming from Cruz, like clock work, it’s one more grab for cameras as he builds up frequency for his re-election campaign.
