The state has the option to be ungodly. I believe this was necessary in God’s plan so that nobody would consider the state to be a source of godliness.
What has happened is the state has seized a definition of marriage that isn’t godly, and this was the case, only less obviously, prior to “gay marriage.” Would Moore confer marriage between the biblically uneligible? Is heterosexuality the only saving grace?
“Gay marriage” only pushed this issue into the limelight.
He stands against the Brotherhood of Tyrants. None shall speak against their illicit edicts and not suffer the consequences.
