Happened Saturday night and BART has been sitting on the story since then, refusing to release security footage because the perpetrators "appear" to be minors.
How is this not the biggest story in the country right now?

I grew up in the shadow of the Walnut Creek station. I can count on one hand with fingers left over the number of times I felt inclined to take the BART into Oakland.
