Starting this week, a new era for prime-time cable news begins.
Tucker Carlson will assume Fox News’s 8 p.m. time slot on Monday, the first time in nearly two decades that Bill O’Reilly will not be kicking off Fox News’s prime-time lineup.
And Fox’s competitors are taking notice.
Mr. O’Reilly’s dismissal amounts to an enormous shift in cable news, and the TV industry was ablaze with talk late last week whether the move has the potential to open up a cable news war that for more than a decade has been dominated by Fox News.

This is why democrats can never figure things out. Do they really think people that liked O’Reilly will switch to MSNBC or CNN? Chances are they like O’Reilly for what he said, if other channels aren’t saying something similar, they will likely watch re-runs. I doubt they will switch to watch leftist tripe.

Amidst the O’Reilly downfall, we have Tucker taking his place, starting off with an interview of a transgender. Is Fox trying to commit suicide?
Bruce Jenner is a freak for sure. But I’m going to tune in tonight to see how Tucker handles him. I wonder if Tucker will bring up the car crash in which that elderly woman died. This happened just a couple years ago, just before Bruce did that Vanity Fare spread.
Any man can be made to look like a woman with an army of cosmetologists, but that does not make one a real woman. So sad. Bruce is only fooling himself.
