Further reminding people why it was a good idea to depart from the EU control freaks.

“We screwed up, you can’t stand to be around us, here’s a bill for cleanup anyway.”
I’m sure the UK could come up with a counter-argument about the people who came through the Chunnel from France before they tightened things up. Or, maybe the EU and France what England to pay for the cleanup in Calais?

Saying “we’re taking in 3 million people despite your desire AND you have to pay for it”. That’s immoral.

Just stop and think how dirty politics are, even in foreign countries...
Can you just imagine trying to get out from under this evil mess and they try and hit you with something like that...
Reminds me all to well of what we are fighting here with the Clintons, Bushes and bami and how low our government corruption goes...

Pay turkey for “migrants”, aka invaders? Uh no, just return the merchandise.

So, why would Britain not tell the EU to just go pound sand?
What’s their down side?

Well that’s a better ‘tactful’ way of putting it, compared to what I would tell them, and Turkey also...

If they paid it on May 5, that would turn Cinco de Mayo into Cinco de Euro...

Absurd to expect Brits to pay Turkey to keep out immigrants that it no longer has to accept.
To: Cen-Tejas
I agree. They should tell the EU to stick it.

LOL! Permit me to get on the bandwagon as well. I demand that the UK pay my water bill.

And the EU is going to “force” UK to pay? How? EU has its own armed forces? UK should give EU the big middle finger and just move on.

it includes the costs of relocating any EU institution and the UKs share of a massive aid package given to Turkey in return for easing the migrant crisis. Think of it as a divorce where one partner maxes out the credit cards before making the settlement. Sweet deal if you can get it.
To: HarleyLady27
Note to the EU: UK exit beautification project will be to leave Brussels a smoking hole in the ground - figuratively, of course. The UK needs to determine what actions it could take that would massively hurt the EU and offer not to do them in exchange for a no cost divorce.
