The Alt-Right’s Favorite Team Visits the White House
Politico ^ | 4/18

Spencer's tweets became a troubling sideshow to the dramatic win. Appalled fans tweeted that he had sucked the joy from the Patriots’ victory. By the next morning, Boston Magazine, the New York Daily News, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and others ran items chronicling Spencer’s tweets. For Spencer, the rampant denunciations only added to his pleasure. “It was like the alt-right won the Super Bowl,” Spencer told me recently.

As Conservatives or “the Right” we are centrists.

We are no more Right or Left than the U.S. Constitution.

Sticking something on “Right” such as alt-Right, makes the impression that this person is even more right, or an alternative Right person.

This implies a difference with Conservatives or a normal person on the Right.

That is not helpful.

Again, we are no more Right or Left than the U.S. Constitution.

We do not want to muddy the water on that concept.

There is no ‘alt-right’. It's a contrived leftist concept, much like ‘gun culture’. Ignore it, it'll go away.

Because, you know, MA and the rest of the New England States are so Conservative.

This article is a leftist piece of crap. Nobody gives two shits about Richard Spencer who the media made into a national “bete noir” leader of white extremists. His group probably is like the old American Nazi Party, a small bunch of psychopaths and gay guys who lived in a hate-filled fantasy world.

Interestingly the author quotes and writes about Richard Lapchick, a college professor as though this guy was a puritan concerned about racial problems.

No, Lapchick was a hardcore Marxist back in the 70’s etc. As I remember, he was somehow involved in covering up the activities and movements of the Symbionese Liberation Army killers (SLA) as they moved from farm-house to farm-house in Pennsylvania. This also involved former basketball player Bill Walton, whose fingerprints were reportedly found at one of this Marxist safehouses, but who refused to testify before a grand jury about any contacts with the SLA kidnappers of Patty Hearst and the killing of a decent black teacher/administrator in Oakland (?) California.

Lapchick’s name still occasionally shows up in lists of supporters of radical causes.

It is interesting that Politico, which was once an interesting political coverage newspaper, has become a Marxist hate propaganda rag and publishes crap like that of Ben Guest.

On the other hand, that is what third-rate Marxist rags do, so I shouldn’t be surprised.

Spencer's tweets became a troubling sideshow to the dramatic win.

Some say that pedophiles everywhere were rooting for the opponents of the Patriots...

This is another example of how sad, pathetic, desperate and impotent the Media have become.
Seriously, this is all you got?

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, Walton wasn’t the hero many kids were raised to think him to be.

The SLA was the forerunner of the Islam folks today, in methods and terrorist actions. They weren’t a part of a religion, but they were anti our nation. Same strokes, different folks.

I don’t remember Lapchick, but the name does stand out a bit to me, but I don’t remember why. Thanks for explaining that too.

It’s kind of sad to watch former good content rags go South.
