Philippines President Duterte: ‘Trump Is a Realist, a Pragmatic Thinker’

Speaking at a news conference in Qatar, Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte compared himself to U.S. President Donald Trump as a leader criticized for bold speech, but he praised Trump as “a realist and a pragmatic thinker.” “Trump is profound even if he does not seem to be one. Just like me, I am not that bright but I am very deliberate. I really think it over before I curse at you,” Duterte said.

“Have you seen his building? How can he be stupid?” he exclaimed, referring to Trump Tower in New York City.

Duterte went on to claim that Trump told him he was “doing it right” in his exceptionally vigorous campaign against the illegal drug trade, performing a passable impression of Donald Trump speaking those very words over the telephone.

Duterte’s opinion of Trump’s predecessor was much lower, but the new American president may have mixed feelings about these words of support, especially those concerning the Philippines drug war. On Tuesday, Reuters published a report from senior officers claiming that the Philippine police have “received cash payments for executing drug suspects, planted evidence at crime scenes and carried out most of the killings they have long blamed on vigilantes.”

Watch out Dutarte. After Assad, the NWO will be coming for you. They like taking out effective leaders and replacing them with spineless idiots who tow the NWO line.

Hopefully Trump will give Duterte a better example. Obama sure didn’t.

Philippines President Duterte runs hot and cold.

Today he’s sounding good.

In a week or two he’ll be trashing Trump and the U.S.

It would be nice if he picked a side and stuck with it.

It would help if it was ours also.

Duterte is volatile, but even so, it’s better than being called an SOB.

The drug war needs to go into full gear. No more managing the drug trade. Start with petty local dealers and users, then take down world wide cartels. Always start from the bottom. They have no power and destroying them will build momentum. You need momentum to go after the big fish.

Duterte respects those that have power and the willingness to use the power. Power talks, walks, and runs. Empty suites don’t attract anything but contempt.

Ferdinand Marcos was a man of the people until the fat cats got to him and led him astray

You have been duped by the media

Imelda was given the shoes by the small shoe makers in Marikina so they could truthfully say “My shoes are in Malacanang Palace and Imelda wears them.

Imelda was not a shoe nut

No he wasn’t.
He was on the take from day 1.
He was a big player in the political rackets of the 1950’s.
Especially by squeezing Chinese businessmen over immigration matters, tobacco smuggling and various sorts of legal fraud (war compensation claims, etc.)

I saw her shoes. They were on display in Malacanang in 1991.
We are talking of French and Italian jobs.

He is on the side of the Philippine people.

Obama was pushing us to give up the West Philippine sea, legalize gay marriage and abortion, and lots of money was backing the American girl after the establishment candidate was tarnished by scandsl. At that point Duterte entered and was swept in by popular vote. They pushed back with propaganda about killing drug pushers, and tryong to get the VP here to impeach him. Hashtag Lenileaks...because even some of the students refuse to obey their NWO leaders.

but Eric Trump is building a Trump Tower in Manila, and his local lawyer has links to Duterte.

World seems to have a lot of these anymore....along with lawlessness and corruption abounding throughout countries unabated. Protests grow violent...and on and on.

One day they’ll all be looking for someone to fix it all!

That could very well be. It has been too long, and I don’t remember much about him at this point.

Big hotels and massive land projects require high powered attorneys to help guide the way.

It’s not really surprising to me that the Trump’s would obtain one of the top level guys in the nation.

If the guy has a direct connection, it helps him sway players to the Trump’s side.

That may be what you’re alluding to here. If so, I think you may be on to something.

As for Obama, what a one man wrecking crew that guy was.
