I don’t think it would be around very long; so maybe they should stop pissing off White people.
I was rejected from a state job that I applied for because I wasn't a minority and/or a woman.
I have been fired from several jobs because the bosses wanted a friend in my place.
What did I do? Sucked it up and continued on.
Now I am retired and in pretty good shape. What more could I ask for?

I prefer to write on white paper, rather than on black. Napkins are usually white. There is a white background in this text box. Clouds are white. The light from the Sun is defined as white. Those are examples of whiteness.
OH, that’s not what they mean! White is not a color, or the sum of all visible colors! White is an evil attribute of some people. It is the visible sign of guilt. You see, guilt is passed down through the genes. Many years ago some people held slaves, and some people were opposed to slavery. No matter. The guilt of the slaveholders expanded to all light-skinned people! Amazing how that happened. Not only did the guilt pass down to the descendants of the slaveholders, but it jumped over to the descendants of those who opposed it, as well as the sons and daughters of those who came over on a boat after slavery was abolished, innocent of guilt for slavery, when lo and behold they are given a guilt slip at Ellis Island, to be held all their lives and passed down to their grandkids who oppose slavery.

What is obvious to any rational person, is that White achievement has tended to have a dominant influence on public perceptions of what works, in much of the world, today. Anyone who has the need to call achievement "privilege," is very confused to be sure.

The real word is intelligence. “privilege” = intelligence.
