LOLOL
Hitler sure getting a lot of play this week.
I'm simply speculating, however I saw the video of him getting back on the plane. I wondered if he had a concussion. Something definitely looked "off", at any rate.
I'm not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
Then-Senator John Kerry said, “Nothing bad happened in Viet Nam after we left.”
See my #22. GMTA.

‘Heres the law pure and simple. If you are going to eject a passenger, under no circumstance, can it be done with unreasonable force or violence,’ he said.
>
Really? Let’s define ‘unreasonable’ in how it relates to the LAWFUL order to vacate. How much violence can be committed in a 14” space (there’s VERY little room to move/tug/etc. No wonder he got himself a face full of seat).
Told to leave, would not. Pilot and the rest were just supposed to let THAT go? And if the rest of the ‘volunteers’ did the same??
Sorry, but he could have made a stink AFTER leaving the flight. He began the break in decorum; he paid the price.
United called the cops.
The cops were just doing their job.
They would not be there if United had not called them.................
I’m not an attorney, and haven’t read the fine print, but I believe the purchase of a ticket is a contract giving certain rights and reasonable expectations to the buyer. Should be an interesting legal case.
Actually he's speaking from first hand experience and would have better knowledge of that than you since he escaped the fall of Saigon in 1975.
‘Dao shouldn’t have come back on the plane either.’
Three beefy guys dragged the 69 yo man off the plane. Did he overpower all three, in order to return to his seat?
The Chicago cops did it. Harder to sue them, but it can be done. Better chance if the victim is muzzy or black, but he can claim “Asian” victimhood.
The cops need to go to jail. Yes.
I’m with you and think this is ridiculous. Any of us would have complied like all the other passengers that are obviously asked to do this on a regular basis.
From what someone posted yesterday, the order to leave the plane was not a lawful order.
Interesting point.
Asian victimhood doesn’t play as well has Black or Muslim victimhood in the media.
And that effects $$$ in a settlement.

Chicago’s obscure airport police force in peril of being disbanded
www.dailymail.co.uk
Chicago’s aviation officers are not part of the regular police force, unlike in many other big cities. They get less training than regular officers and can’t carry firearms inside the airport.
I believe the quote was from his daughter. Dao’s oldest child is 34 years old, so she clearly did not escape Saigon dangling from a U.S. Army helicopter in 1975.
What troubles me most is Freeper opinion appears to weight towards “he had it coming”.
Folks, an old man was bloodied, suffered a concussion, and dragged unconscious out of an airplane.
The captain did not issue the ‘order’.
Not to mention Dao was tased at point blank range, and then left in a bloody, unresponsive heap, unattended on the floor. United better be glad the Dr’s injuries aren’t worse.
His daughter was at the press conference, a doctor and...kinda hot.
Most Vietnamese who fled in 1975 are from Saigon, in a capitalist bubble and have never had to deal with the VietCong. Those who have endured the Vietcong are the fleeing “boat people” in the 80s.
And NO, there is no comparison possible, it’s utterly stupid to say “it’s worse than the Vietcong” because it trivialises the horrors committed by the Vietcong.
