After Trump bombed a Syrian airbase in retaliation to a chemical weapons attack the democrats and mainstream media have been singing Trump’s praises. Tucker Carlson had democrat strategist Al Mottur on his show to explore why the democrats are now supportive of war.
“When did the democrat party become the war party,” Carlson asked.
“Of course we’re not happy we are moving toward war. My point is that I’m happy that this administration is taking Russia seriously and Secretary Tillerson sent the right signals today in his meeting with the foreign minister,” democrat strategist Mottur replied…
Carlson continued, “The Prime Minister of Russia said U.S.-Russian relations are, and I’m quoting now, ‘ruined and we are on the brink of armed conflict.’ That’s bad! Why would that be heartening to you?”

The reason behind their war mongering is to goad this President to committing ground troops into a war in which we have no reason for such, causing them to be killed in the process and then to turn the tables on our President and blame him for being foolhardy and warmongering himself fulfilling their cautions about how ‘unpredictable’ he is.
We should NOT in any way consider putting our young men and women in a position to be killed, slaughtered or beheaded for the same of some putz opposition and Muslim-against-Muslim expediency that refuses to understand the American people that count are not behind them. That is the unvarnished truth. Take it or leave it.
Agreed, once they get us into this war they will betray it within 4 months and become the anti-war party in the streets.
The Saudis and Chinese are happy that the US and Russia are in conflict. Therefore, the bought Democrats will be happy.

Democrats are for war from a safe distance, with someone else pulling the trigger. Once the real fighting begins, they morph to the party of cut-and-run, er, I mean redeploy.
