I would respectfully disagree with #2. Conservatives spend far too much time on defense. I would instead suggest substituting an attack. Something like:
2.a. Hillary Clinton sold 20% of US uranium to the Russians and her “foundation” made $X from the sale.
2.b. The 0vomit administration, in an attempt to sabotage the Trump campaign, used (abused) the vast power of the US government, in particular the US intelligence agencies, to interfere in the election process and undermine the Trump campaign.
2.c. In an effort to cover up the criminal activities of the 0vomit administration and the Hitlery campaign, 0vomit, Hitlery, the DNC, and the media which is in collusion with them, began spreading lies and propaganda designed to slander/libel Trump and his allies with innuendo that they were helped by the Russians. This was an effort to get in front of any investigation that showed a Russian connection to the left.
We need a simple and direct declaration of facts countering left wing propaganda written for the third grade level posted in an official capacity, such as: 1. Donald Trump is the official President of the USA. 2. There is no evidence the Trump Campaign colluded with the Russians, 3. etc.
Below that should be an uncomplicated counseling statement explaining to radicals how they have been tricked and propagandized into a fantasy world of hate so they can be used for political purposes.
Remember, the direct, simple approach worked for President Trump to cut through the haze. A certain percentage of hate-filled radicals will read and understand something like this and turn away from their radical controllers.

Trump won the electoral college and the election because the white people in the rust belt states finally realized that they had no place in the party of immigrants, Islam, Blacks, and Hispanics, aka, the Democrat party. He was also the first Republican to campaign on the immigration issue in how many decades? Even still, Trump lost the popular vote.
Explaining facts to Leftists won't work. Get that sh*t out of your head.
It hasn't worked for 100 years, and it'll never work. They aren't going to reason themselves out of a position that they didn't reason themselves into in the first place.
What works is ATTACKING them. Making them feel PAIN. Trigger them. Destroy them. Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.
Ironically and unfortunately, Conservatives will do none of those things.
The Left will be defeated by a New Right that isn't afraid of getting its hands dirty and will gladly ditch the Queensbury Rules.
The Alt Right has been doing it for a few years and has been wildly successful.
The Left won't be defeated by modern Conservatism. Other right wing elements in the Republican party will lead the way, with the Conservatives carrying the water for the Democrats and whining all the way home.
