New Book Explains All the Reasons Hillary Lost — and Russia Isn’t One of Them

RUSH: Ladies and gentlemen, there’s a new book coming out very, very soon. It’s by Jonathan Allen and Amy Parnes, and it’s a book on Hillary Clinton’s failed campaign and what went on. And it focuses and highlights all of the infighting, the very low morale, the lack of trust between Hillary and many of her staffers, the intervention of Bill Clinton trying to save the day and failing, all of the heated exchanges.

And the book doesn’t say one thing about the Russians being responsible for any of it.

It’s a devastating look at the Clinton campaign. And it confirms what many people have speculated, that it was a bunch of people thinking they were guaranteed to win, nobody working really hard, nobody thinking very straight about it. It’s a fascinating read.

I always think that HRC stands for Her Royal you know what.

Her presidency wouldn’t have been any different from her campaign...arrogant, entitled, with a lot of distrust, low morale and infighting.

I think Freeper LS wrote a book called “How Trump Won” or something similar.

The Wicked Witch’s campaign was a prime example of pride going before the fall.

For about 25 years, America has lived under the threat of a Hillary presidency. I’m glad it’s finally over.

Why are you always so defensive at the slightest provocation?

[Why are you always so defensive at the slightest provocation?]

Its “humblegunner reflex”. (grin)

Actually, I need a book to explain why she almost won.
Why would anyone vote for her?

The amazing thing to me is how many people actually voted for Mrs. Clinton--considering the baggage she brought to the venture. Even allowing for the likelihood of a substantial illegal and multiple votes, it is still amazing that she got as many votes as she did.

And therein lies the terrible threat if we fail to take full advantage of having a pro-American President, once again!

Is it over?,, could Hillary run again in 2020???

I can’t help but think of some metaphors. Such as how a vampire needs to be disabled by the shadow of a cross, followed by driving a stake through its heart. And to kill a werewolf, you need a gun with a silver bullet.

The Clintons have seemed dead politically so many times, yet never have gone away. So I wonder if they are like vampires or werewolves, who need to be killed off a certain way otherwise they come back to haunt us again and again. And the 2020 election campaign could see them back again......

Sounds like a great book to read but I'm going to have to wrap the book with a paper bag or something as the cover art makes Hillary out to be a queen or something.

On Election Day, I took a long walk around midtown Manhattan in late afternoon (I really should have spent the night there) and walked from Trump Tower, past the Sheraton (where Trump's victory party ended up being) and then over to the Javits Convention Center on 34th St where Hillary had her big bash. When I got to Javits, practically everybody there were wearing smug smiles and they were dressed for a party. They really thought they were there for a celebration and that there was no possible way it would be otherwise.

I mention that to explain the utter devastation they would feel later that night and for weeks and months afterwards. In fact, I'm almost thinking that Podesta came out to send them home early because they were afraid they would have a riot on their hands if Hillary came out to concede.

That's why I pre-ordered the Kindle version.
