A 26-year-old man who was shot in a drive-by with an 11-year-old boy Monday evening, has died, police said.
The man's name was not being made public yet, according to police.
He was with an 11-year-old boy in the 11600 block of South Bishop Street in the city's West Pullman neighborhood when a white vehicle pulled up and someone inside it shot them about 5:25 p.m.
The boy was shot in the shoulder and taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn with the man who later died there after suffering a gunshot wound to the back of the head, police said.
Another person was fatally shot Monday night and nine other men were wounded in separate attacks.
About 9:20 p.m., a man, of an unknown age, was shot in the back while he was in the 100 block of East 112th Street near Palmer Park in the city's Roseland neighborhood on the city's Far South Side. He was pronounced dead on the scene but further details were not known, police said.
His body could be seen near an alley sandwiched by two brick garages. Officers huddled in small groups within the crime scene while vehicles driving on Indiana Avenue slowed down as they drove past the crime scene.

A black judge was shot and killed over the weekend. Evidently it was an attempted robbery or carjacking gone wrong. The judge was on his way to a local fitness club with a lady friend. Sha was shot in the legs but will probably survive. Nobody is in custody.
The meanstream media will never truthfully report on leftists. I wish there was a significant way to penalize media lying. Not buying their product seems ineffective.
