Fitton: Documents Confirm that Obama IRS Improperly Targeted Conservatives
breitbart.com ^ | 10 Apr 2017

We continue to undercover the details of the Obama IRS’s arbitrary and capricious behavior toward those presumed to be “enemies” of President Obama. Last week we released 695 pages of new documents containing admissions by IRS officials that the agency used “inappropriate political labels” to screen the tax-exempt applications of conservative organizations. Other records reveal that the IRS was going to require 501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations to restrict their alleged political activities if they opted for “expedited consideration” of their tax-exempt applications.

The documents were produced after a revelation by the IRS that it had located “an additional 6,924 documents of potentially responsive records” relating to a 2015 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit about the Obama IRS targeting scandal.

...

The Schiller and Corbin memos came on the heels of the May 14, 2013, Inspector General report revealing that the IRS had singled out groups using conservative-sounding terms such as “patriot” and “Tea Party” when applying for tax-exempt status. The IG probe determined that “Early in Calendar Year 2010, the IRS began using inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status (e.g., lists of past and future donors)” and “delayed processing of targeted groups’ applications” in advance of the 2012 presidential election.

And yet the Lizard Koskinen is still Director. Blackmailing Trump with release of his taxes? Seems far fetched, but a real head scratcher.

I really hope you’re wrong. Sessions hasn’t been in office for 90 days yet, and these sort of things take time.

"And Lois Lerner is home collecting a huge fed pension. Sickening isnt a strong enough word."

$102,600 a year to be exact. She's laughing her ass off at you and me.

Soon....

Susan Rice will be doing exactly the same.

I wonder how many FReepers have ever earned $102,600 a year working full-time?

We still call these people, PUBLIC SERVANTS.
(As in, I've devoted my life to public-service)

I no longer get myself all worked up with these scandals.

I, and everybody else on FR, has been getting all stressed out about this stuff for 20+ years.

To what end?

When people start getting arrested, then I'll pay attention again.

On his "to do" list, I wonder what number Lerner and friends is.

Seessions hasn't been in Office for 180 Days yet...

Sessions hasn't been in Office 1 year yet...

Sessions hasn't been in Office 2 years yet, besides, we don't want to slap that hornets nest, not now, it's mid-terms, we have to have the Sinate...but, right after these rounds of elections... just you wait! Nope, we've seen this Kabuki before...but just you wait...besides, what you gonna do, vote for a democrat?

You may or may not know, all of this has been front and center for several years now, AG Sessions has been right in the middle of it. He already KNEW the laws were violated. AG Sessions should have been ready to pull the trigger on 'anything' the very day he assumed Office. Just in case you haven't considered the 'real' facts of this. I know these things take time but it's not like it's been going on in a vacuum!

What, exactly, do you think Sessions could have done before he became AG?

Contrary to popular belief, Senators and Congressmen do not have prosecutorial power. Obama’s AGs ignored all sorts of prosecutorial behavior.

The idea that all ducks are in a row on Day 1 in the AG’s office ignores the reality of working in large organizations.

I may become as cynical on you on this. That time is not now, and not for a while.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The last 8 years of criminal corruption has raised my desire to see righteous judgement speeded upon the heads of those deserving. It has also caused me to become quite impatient in my desire.

I frequently have to do a self-check at that point.

“Hi. I’m Larry and I wanna see them Locked up now.” “Hi Larry”, says the group.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
No statute of limitations for tar and feathers. That will be
the only justice if ever administered. Nothing will happen
in the courts—nothing. That sickens me.
Reading comprehension says, I said nothing of the sort. What I DID say, he was neck deep in this for several years, he knew he was going to be AG, he should have HAD a plan to deal with his portion of draining the swamp, on day 1. He failed miserably and continues to fail to this very day. We all know in 180 days, there will be an excuse. We all know in a years time, there will be an excuse. We all know what's coming at mid-term elections.<<< That's what I said. That's all I said. I'd much rather not having to say it again. It burns a hole in the pit of my guts, having to have said it once, because you see, I bought into it too!
