Where was he THEN?!?! Calling for an independent investigator? Chiding Congress for their dereliction of duty in ‘over-sight’? Did he bring up a bill to close these abuses of power? Reign in the IRS, EPA, etc.? Or church-mouse, like the rest of the (R) cabal, when it comes to actually FOLLOWING THE LAW.
As with his sanctuary-city ‘threat’, he didn’t know of the problem or, as a lawyer, how to ‘start the process’ and drop the hammer?
