Stegosaurs (four legged, large fins on back ridge, spiked tail) was from the Jurassic; Triceratops (four legged, one horn above each eye, horn above nose, neck frill) was from the Cretaceous; Ankylosaurus (four legged, clubbed tail, bony armor like a turtle on back) was IIRC late Jurassic / early Cretaceous...

How big do you suppose the drumsticks are on one of those critters? Or the spare ribs? And just think of the omelettes to be had! I really don’t see a downside here...
