Boobabma made sure the criminal refugees boarded the US gravy train and received every freebie imaginable PLUS a cash stipend of 21,000 tax dollars upon arrival (from the U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement, a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services).
