The Christians in the ME are being crushed. They most likely do not have the right to firearms, and in countries where the muslims dominate and sharia is in full force it is a blood bath.
The Holy Spirit gives a man like this supernatural courage to face the worst imaginable demise of the image and likeness of God. He did the best with the situation that was presented to him.
You can walk the streets of London, Paris, Munich, Copenhagen, and you will see that Europe is lost, the demographics do not support the survival of Christianity there. Maybe it changes as one goes further out into the countryside?
