Didn't post on the other thread, but was a bit dismayed by the occasional comments that after leaving the house, the shooter was still in danger of life or injury and was justified going back and shooting the victim through the shower door. Can't convince those of that opinion, but it's important naïve readers don't think that's OK. And that liberals can't point to it as indicative of gunowners/concealed carry permit holders.
It's also apparent he was not an immediate threat. You pretty much said it, no threat.
As to It's apparent the victim was either have a psychotic episode or was on dope of some kind I'll add my speculation that it's also possible these people were known to each other. If that's been eliminated and I haven't seen it, OK, psychotic or drugs works. For either the victim, the shooter, or both.

“Yeah, I get that. You think that people should be allowed to move into homes that they dont own, refuse to leave, threaten the rightful owner of the home, without fear of getting killed, as long as no one else is living there, because of a google definition of home.”
Don’t be a pissant.

we dont know everything...did the showering criminal threaten the homeowner?.... From behind the shower curtain? Once the homeowner left his home/office, prior threats, if made, are likely irrelevant.

At an on-going party two houses down that looked like this one.

Well, legally speaking none of those ‘violations’ give one the right to kill an unarmed naked man ...

Yes very bad. Shooter was not in jeopardy.

Several times I have dreamed I am in a house I don’t recognize. It scares the hell out of me.

The top three lately for the name callers are:
Racist, homophobic and islamophobic.

Yeah that would’ve been unforgivable.
To: Trillian
The third name would have actually been appropriate, as they built a mosque right around the corner that was later raided because the Imam was (allegedly?) funneling money to the Pakistani Taliban.
So...in a way, yeah.

Even so, I still liked FL a lot. It was wacky, but not nearly as liberal as MA.

At an on-going party two houses down that looked like this one. On going parties should be required to have a wooden frame with a 55 gal drum on top.
So many mistakes here and two lives, add in extensions, wasted.

Several times I have dreamed I am in a house I dont recognize. It scares the hell out of me. If not today very soon google will have an app allowing you to wake up at Hearst Castle, or Versailles, or wherever at the height of your desires.
There is a movie in there somewhere.

A phobia is an extreme, irrational fear. It would consume you 24/7 and you would most likely not be able to leave the house because it was so bad.
Not wanting to be around them because they blow people up, rape and behead people is normal and cautious.

Perhaps not, but we would need more detail. When the intruder refused to leave and threatened the rightful owner of the home, could the homeowner been in reasonable fear for his life? I can imagine many possibilities that could go either way. I just don't have the details.
