Is there a fisa warrant? Someone should check because if there is to me it is proof the fisa court was misused. I want to see that pos holder back on center stage.Attkisson answered that question on Twitter here:

She claims no but only on part of the surveillance. My guess is discovery is still ongoing.

This actually has me wondering if they needed a FISA warrant at all. It makes me question if her boss, David Rhodes, gave his brother, Ben, and the white hut permission to check out her work computer. No warrant would be needed then if her boss gave them permission.
