California’s Chief Justice: Enforcing Immigration Laws Goes Against The Rule Of Law
Daily Caller ^ | 3/28/17 | Jim Treacher

Since when is moving to another country against the law? And since when do we enforce the laws we have on the books? I thought I knew, but I’m not a judge like this lady is, so I guess I was wrong.

**SNIP**

Got that? If you move to another country illegally, and that country tries to make you leave, that’s a challenge to the rule of law.

You see, “rule of law” means we can only enforce the laws that Tani Cantil-Sakauye wants to enforce, in the exact manner she wants to enforce them. She’s the one who decides, because she’s not a monarch.

Kinda sounds like she needs to get her mind right. Still makes me wonder - where did she learn this garbage?

These black robes have come to use the law (from wherever it comes) as an ala carte menu. Pick one from column A and so on.

The reason for this is that these principled poltroons don’t like having to apply the most basic fundamentals of freedom and fairness ever conceived as a governing document. The duplicity of this is astounding because in the very outset of their lying, self-deluding careers they AGREED by word and deed to uphold the very tenets they now throw away.

Disgusting examples of the level to which something formerly human can devolve. Almost as bad as journalists.

Using her logic...we don’t need judges anymore. There are no laws to enforce, because you just don’t recognize laws. I like where this is going. Wide-open range. You could arrange for some newly arrived Albanian refugee to be the next chief justice, and his previous occupation was bus-driver.

"Tani Cantil-Sakauye ?" I've noticed that none of these "judges" raising havoc are members of the D.A.R.

Sounds good. Let’s apply it for firearms, too.
All state gun control laws are illegal because they’re against the laws of America.

Judge as defined in a common dictionary is: A public official with authority to hear and decide cases in a court of law. A person designated to determine the winner, settle a controversy, etc

Has she entered any orders on the subject? I didn’t think so. So we can ignore her.

This creepozoid is just like Obambi. Obambi once stated “the Constitution is a list negative rights.” To them the law is what I ‘feel’ the law is today, this minute. Tomorrow, or later this afternoon, the law can be something else, depending on how I ‘feel.’ Creepozoids all.

“Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye”

Judge Cantelope-Sukiyaki’s reasoning is about as mixed up as her name, /S

CA lawyers evidently have never had a law course, have they?

They are rapidly reaping the benefits of a new and upcoming third world country,

What I don’t understand is this : If California can have its own immigration rules and enforcement ... separate from the Federal government ... why can’t other States do the same? For example, why can’t some states have stricter immigration rules and enforcement?
