Failed Democratic presidential candidate is back on the speaking circuit and went to Georgetown University Friday to make a speech
She used it to attack deep cuts proposed to the State Department's budget as part of overall plan to boost spending on the military
'Proposed budget cuts to international health, development and diplomacy would be a blow to women and children and a grave mistake,' she said
Hillary Clinton on Friday warned that the deep budget cuts to foreign aid and diplomacy proposed by President Donald Trump to fund increased military spending would make the United States, and the world, less safe.
'We are seeing signals of a shift that should alarm us all, this administration's proposed budget cuts to international health, development and diplomacy would be a blow to women and children and a grave mistake,' Clinton said during a speech at Georgetown University.
The Trump administration has asked Congress for a 28 percent, or $10.9 billion, cut in U.S. State Department funding and other international programs to help pay for a 10 percent, $54 billion hike in military spending next year.

Why doesn’t Sessions arrest here? Comey’s recommendation to not prosecute was just that, a recommendation (he has no legal authority). Sessions simply has to take a fresh look at the evidence (new missing secret emails have been found that were not submitted to State Department) and recommend prosecution.
Jail should shut her up. Besides that he has enough evidence from the Clinton Foundation to lock her away for years.
Maybe HRH can pony up part of the missing $6 billion from her time at State to make up for the shortfall.
And wow, does she look dreadful. Yikes.
