President Trump's former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has reportedly told the FBI that he is willing to testify about the Trump campaign's potential ties to Russia, in exchange for immunity from prosecution, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
ADVERTISEMENT Flynn resigned in February, after it was reported that he misled White House staff on his interactions with Russia and had discussed sanctions with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak ahead of President Trump's inauguration.
The Journal reported, citing officials familiar with the matter, that the FBI and the House and Senate Intelligence committees that are investigating Russia's attempts to interfere in the U.S. election have not taken his lawyers up on the offer.
Flynn's lawyer said in a statement that General Glynn certainly has a story to tell, and he very much wants to tell it, should the circumstances permit.
Notwithstanding his life of national service, the media are awash with unfounded allegations, outrageous claims of treason, and vicious innuendo directed against him. He is now the target of unsubstantiated public demands by Members of Congress and other political critics that he be criminally investigated, Flynns lawyer Robert Kelner said in a statement.

Carefully read the lawyers statement . It requires immunity.
Nunes said this did not happen. Another is another thread on the subject.
All of this is just a ruse to cover the Clinton Foundation scandal.
Flynn’s lawyer said in a statement that General Glynn certainly has a story to tell....”

Well, then, stop talking about Flynn and get this Glynn fellow in there.
Well....do you really think his lawyer wrote that??????
Talking to Russians is not a fricking crime!!!!Passing secrets? Yes. Talking about the new administration NOT! This CRAP has to stop.
I’m not saying it’s not a good idea. I just repeated what he said about others. Funny how things turn when you’re on the hot seat.
Did the Clinton Campaign have ANY contact with Communist Red China during the 2016 campaign?
I vaguely recall a FR thread a few months back evidencing (from Wikileaks?) a China Gov official requesting a meeting with Clinton/staff (or maybe it was vice versa - there’s too much to keep track off with that one).
One could also just be trying to avoid hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees...even if innocent.

If there is a dupe, it is not Trump. I think globalist RINOs are going the ones who will end up being scape goated by democrats. Putting Bush Jr on a war crime prosecution would deviate things a bit...
No. He didn’t. This headline is intentionally misleading.
His lawyer said he will submit to questioning but only if assurances are given that he won’t be prosecuted over fake shit.
President Trump will be meeting with the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China next week at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. Perhaps the President will ask Xi Jinping that question.
If Flynn doesn’t want to end up like Scooter Libby, he will seek immunity before saying one word to anyone about anything. The long knives are out for Flynn, and he knows it. They want a scalp and a scapegoat, and Flynn is unwilling to be that person.
As I’ve noted, that’s true. But in September of last year, Flynn noted that when you only ask for immunity when you’re guilty. His statement. His words.
Every American commits, on the average, 3 felonies a day, usually without even knowing it. Much more so if you are in a position of power.
Let’s see how this plays out.
As I noted, he said those words. When it involved others.
How do you think that would will happen without immunity. Ergo...he wants immunity or he won’t tell his story
