“Suspects”? They did nothing wrong.
Now I want to know who those people were on “The Hill” with whom Evelyn Farkas was exchanging information on the Trump campaign. I’m willing to be they were ALL Democrats and that most were not cleared to see the information she shared with them.

Seems like there’s an unwritten rule that the incoming administration can’t reveal maleficence by the previous administration.

I guess that explains Trump’s most recent tweet:
“The failing @nytimes has disgraced the media world. Gotten me wrong for two solid years. Change libel laws?”

I'm pretty cynical, but I really don't understand why this is an issue. The media wish it weren't true, but the President and White House staff head the executive branch of the government. Why is it wrong that Nunes saw these documents there?
To me the real story is that the Director of the FBI and the former Director of National Intelligence mislead if not lied to Congress when they denied any surveillance of Trump campaign officials. And Nunes revealed the lie.

Suspects??? Cleared individuals invited a cleared individual with a need to know to view classified material in a classified facility. What is the crime?

They had better not have put these two people in danger. If anything happens to them the entire NYT staff should be put in prison

It's possible there was an original whistle blower who approached Nunes and informed him. The source told Nunes he could confirm the information accessing it through the National Security Council's data window at the White House. But Nunes needed assistance from two NSC staffers locating it.

No, let’s not determine what the facts are. Let’s just see who can scream loudest about who is doing whose bidding for the benefit of whom. I guess once God [principle, like truth and divine justice] is Dead, the rest just doesn’t matter.

The revelation that White House officials assisted in the disclosure of the intelligence reports which Mr. Nunes then discussed with President Trump is likely to fuel criticism that the intelligence chairman has been too eager to do the bidding of the Trump administration while his committee is supposed to be conducting an independent investigation of Russias meddling in the last presidential election.Just an example of how the DNC surrogates at the New York Times are telling people the party line of what they should be criticizing, while simultaneously working to deflect legitimate questions about likely felonies committed by members of the Obama regime and perhaps by Obama himself.

To those questioning my use of the word suspects in comment number one, consider this use of that word: imagine to be the case or true or probable.

Lol...so the mantra was "Give us proof or else you're a liar". Now the mantra is "There's something wrong with you giving us the proof!"

So the White House is cooperating with the investigation. Scandal!

What is the source for the Slimes?
To: upchuck
At least the NYT names a couple of possible suspects.A quibble: The supposed tattlers are "several current American officials". The Slimes just can't write a story with sources on the record. They just won't.
