The insurance companies should have been shouting this from the rooftops.

I haven’t seen one ad.

I just did my taxes with turbotax and it was clear that they no longer required me to enter any proof on my healthcare. So Turbotax is not worrying about it. Not that confirms much but it is a good sign.

That is so true. The key is to go Free Market. the Rinocare bill was a disaster. We have the men of the freedom caucus to thank and God Almighty. Less government— NOT MORE!!

And the next Dem president we shall have, unless something very tangible is exposed and the whole system reverts back to something that will stop their vote fraud.

You can bet they are right now working voter fraud in exponential terms. They have NO INTENTION of losing EVER AGAIN.

VP Pence is in charge of investigating election fraud. But there needs to be a wholescale cleanup, at least in states with Republican Governors. Why has FL not demanded the registration books of Miami and other counties? Why has Pa, when it DID have a Republican Governor, demand the same of Pittsburgh and Phila, under threat of no funding for them if they didn’t comply?

I’m not expert, for sure, but if honest people don’t step up to the plate and make real change, rest assured the Dems will win and turn this country into an HRC dream come true. It’s now or never for voter fraud exposure and clean up.

So, if I understand Morris right, what’s been done so far removes any new sources of revenues to the government or insurance pool, while keeping all the subsidies (expenses).

Or in other words, keep all the new nonpaying “customers”, while getting rid of paying “customers”.

If things are left like that, insurance premiums deductibles and copays will go through the roof even faster.

Correct. But imagine in 1931, as Prohibition was only slightly being enforced, trying to go back to 1921-level enforcement. Realistically, almost impossible to “re-enforce”

but the individual mandate---which the USSC upheld

Actually they did not.

They called it what it was: a tax.

Which is why the ruling was an abomination. They did not rule on the law, they changed the law.

This is why, eventually certain of Trump’s Executive Orders will have to go through the legislative process and become law.

Perhaps—but his point is the mandates-—which was the single most fought element of O-care-—is gone.

They upheld Obamacare, no matter how you define it.

Nullification of unconstitutional laws is better than rebellion, but it still needs to be repealed.

We the people are the final arbiters of everything constitutional.

The reason his poll numbers are in the 30’s is because when it comes to politics most people are pretty ignorant if not outright dumb.

Nope, the primary reason "his poll numbers are in the 30's" is because they are by the same companies that totally skewed the pre-election polling samples to show Hillary winning by a country mile. They were drastically wrong then, and they are drastically wrong now and for the same reason. The secondary reason is the relentlessly negative reporting about President Trump since he became the Republican nominee.

So my advice is to just ignore the polls no matter what they claim, and even if they should be positive for our side. Ignoring polls is a liberating experience.

I've mentioned this too, but those who are intent on sitting in the corner yelling "repeal" can't or won't hear it. Anyone who wonders why Trump is so confident that he'll make a deal to repeal and replace Obamacare should remember that he sealed it's fate with his very FIRST Executive Order!

Hours after being sworn in, Trump signed an executive order aimed at reversing the Affordable Care Act — Obama's landmark legislation — which Republicans vowed to "repeal and replace" throughout the campaign. The executive order states that the Trump administration will "seek prompt repeal" of the law. To minimize the "economic burden" of Obamacare, the order instructs the secretary of health and human services and other agency heads to "waive, defer, grant exemptions from, or delay the implementation" of any part of the law that places a fiscal burden on the government, businesses or individuals."

The question is, who will work with him, and who will find themselves on the outside trying to explain why they are part of the problem rather than part of the solution (HFC members, that means you!)

“Send it to Trump and see what he says.”

He said he will work with the Democrats to fix it, I’m so excited
