Nearly two dozen people from five states are accusing Attorney General Jeff Sessions of lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee about his communications with the Russian government and subsequently trying to cover up that lie, according to a complaint sent to the Department of Justice.
The complaint, which names 23 residents, states that Sessions gave false and misleading testimony during his confirmation hearing in January when he told the Senate committee that he "did not have communications with the Russians." It further accuses the attorney general of covering up the alleged perjury by directing a spokeswoman to make a public statement saying he did not mislead the committee.
"We feel there is probable cause to charge him with a crime," J. Whitfield Larrabee, a Massachusetts lawyer who represents the 23 residents, told The Washington Post. "We want indictments in the case. We want Attorney General Sessions to be treated just the same as anyone else. We don't think that just because he's the attorney general, that there should be a higher standard to bring charges against him."

Trump is about to max out on EO’s and is ready to tackle enforcement of the law. It may take some muscle, as in armed muscle to round up these Soros crowds, make arrests of sanctuary mayors and function as a government with an Executive branch who is suppose to EXECUTE law and order.
It can not happen without Gorsuch. Heck, it may not happen *with* him -who knows- but the Left is stalling and stymieing everything, by using the Judicial Branch, seeking out Circuit Courts ruling against Trump, and heading toward the SC.

EO’s are not equal to the the other branches of government, but very effective for executing laws and working over process and procedures having to do with executing law.
Why else would Sessions have to ask politely for sanctuary cities to “reconsider” providing sanctuary? It’s against the law as it is, already, to flout federal law.
What’s he going to do? Send in the Marines? These cities are taking him to court. There is also a law suit against Sessions, because the Left is using the Courts to pin Trump’s ears back.
After all, it was OK for the 0bamaites to use the IRS against their political enemies. 😀

Actually, we the people feel there is probable cause to charge J. Whitfield Larrabee, a Massachusetts shyster who is attempting to bring fraudulent charges against Attorney General Sessions, with a crime.
We want the execrable J. Whitfield Larrabee to be treated just the same as anyone else. We don’t think that just because he’s a loud-mouthed Masshole, that there should be a higher standard to bring charges against him.
