It is a complex task. It won’t work to be purist about it, to just zap every trace of O’care and let the poor crippled monster that is the US healthcare model today flounder around on the floor while people don’t even know what to do.
Better a lousy way to see the doctor that everybody knows, than a wonderful way that almost nobody knows.
The beast is going to either have to be reconstructed, or to fail so bad that anything at all seems better than it is.
They’ll get full credit for Obamacare in a few months when it will really matter. The fall premium spike.
Then what? Then we have all these Dems on video praising the survival of Ocare (which they didn’t run on during the election). They truly will own it when it fails.
