Of course. Obamacare was designed to be impossible to repeal. 90% of the law is set up to dig its tentacles in to every single aspect of government, society, and individual life. First order of Obamacare was to give as many people as possible “free” stuff and get them hooked. Then, get every single state government agency hooked with “free” reimbursements. And the biggest pile of feces was dumped in 2017 as planned.
I don’t think Obamacare will ever be repealed.
Well, there are three more votes against the Ryan mess and the demand that step one be repeal before anything is done to “replace it” will get louder.
He doesn’t even use it. He has no idea of the misery and expense he has caused. He has no idea of the jobs that carefully make sure an employee stays below the hours that would require healthcare. God I despise that socialist moron. What an azzwipe.
The vote had to be postponed because Ryan lost the moderates trying to appease the freedom caucus.
A full repeal would be DOA in this congress.
My health care, and I am 66, covers pre natal, maternity care, birth control, addiction and mental health treatment, etc. I can’t use any of those. Caused my premiums to go UP UP UP. Good thing the Feceral Goobermint doesn’t force us to pay for full coverage on home and auto insurance. No one could afford that!!!!!

Yes! No one seems to get this. Obamacare is indeed built to be impossible to repeal. As it sits, trying to do a clean repeal would leave a lot of Americans uninsured.
And you are absolutely correct about the tentacles. This monstrosity has worked its way into everything.
It’s not as simple as repeal and replace.
Of course, Ryan has has SEVEN years to work this out. There should have been a beautifully crafted nice shiny bill ready to go on the President’s desk on 1/20/2017.

Jail is only for offenses which get you less than a year of incarceration.
The best way to repeal it is to put everyone on it! Including Obama!
He made a statement, but it’s not st all clear from where. He may still be hiding out in the S Pacific.

Problem is, Americans view entitlement reform along the lines of "I'd like to keep my free stuff but I support taking away your free stuff."
Everyone hates Obamacare (except the parts of it they don't).
