MCPS: Sanctuary or Safe Space?
Accuracy in Academia ^ | March 23, 2017 | Spencer Irvine

Maryland Governor Larry Hogan did not mince words when he discussed how he felt about the Rockville, Maryland rape case where a 14-year-old girl was raped by two classmates, one of whom is confirmed to be an illegal alien (i.e. illegal immigrant). The county school system in question, Montgomery County Public Schools, had issued a letter condemning the rape in which the school superintendent made a public statement on the tragedy.

Nevertheless, Governor Hogan said that the school system is not cooperating fully with the governor's office and the state's education agency. Hogan said the following:

"Why is an 18-year-old man in a class with 13 or 14-year-old girls? Why was his status not known to those folks? Why was he allowed to enter the country after he was picked up for illegally crossing the border—both of them? So there are a lot of questions," Hogan told FOX 5’s Tom Fitzgerald...

"My biggest concern is the Montgomery County School System-- and their lack of cooperation and the lack of information they've been providing," Hogan said. "Not only have they refused to provide any information to us, but they've refused to provide information to the state Board of Education, which specifically requested more information."

Our friend Spencer Irvine asks a most riveting question: what matters most to the Montgomery Public Schools in Maryland, safety or sanctuary?

Politics of course (the latter as you posed it). The LAST thing that matters to municipalities, teachers and schools are the kids.

Sanctuary matters most. These are liberals we are talking about. Liberals run Mont.Co. the need to make their political statement overrides everything else. They are so afraid of being called intolerant or bigoted by the MSNBC crowd, that they look at the girl getting raped as acceptable collateral damage. That’s how liberals look at this.

Real rapes, committed by immigrant animals, aren’t the issue.

Imaginary rapes, committed by privileged white male college students, are the issue.

“Imaginary rapes, committed by privileged white male college students, are the issue.”

That issue seems to have died a quick and silent death since DJT brought up the REAL rapes committed by illegals way back in the primaries.
I’m sure there is still some noise going on at each college but the national media has gone deaf and dumb on the issue.

Imagine how this story would be buried if Obama was still POTUS and Martin O Malley was still Maryland Governor.

From link:

Nevertheless, Maryland Governor Hogan (NOT Martin O Malley) said that the school system is not cooperating fully with the governor’s office and the state’s education agency. Hogan said the following:
“Why is an 18-year-old man in a class with 13 or 14-year-old girls? Why was his status not known to those folks? Why was he allowed to enter the country after he was picked up for illegally crossing the border—both of them? So there are a lot of questions,” Hogan told FOX 5’s Tom Fitzgerald…
“My biggest concern is the Montgomery County School System– and their lack of cooperation and the lack of information they’ve been providing,” Hogan said. “Not only have they refused to provide any information to us, but they’ve refused to provide information to the state Board of Education, which specifically requested more information.”

Governor, go after every document the M/C/SS has ever submitted to a MD govt agency or a federal agency. Dollars to Donuts these immigrant fellaters falsified numerous official documents.

Keep in mind...falsifying official documents is the universal criminal MO to cover-up larger crimes.

REFERENCE--Falsifying Government Documents. involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
