The problem isn’t so much with nukes, as far as a fight with the Norks.

As I recall, there are tens of thousands of artillery pieces within range of Seoul. There’s no way to protect Seoul from them. If there’s a fight, the cost in both human lives and economics in South Korea will be immense.

Unfortunately, stating that you can’t bomb North Korea into the stone age, because with the exception of their military, it’s already there. And the population is every bit as fanatical as the Japanese were during WWII.

It’s an ugly situation that China has fostered ever since the armistice was signed.

Not if you nuke the little bastard the first day they throw one artillery shell across the DMZ. Actually it would be totally necessary to nuke him as he does have a few nukes he might throw at us. First strike works!
