They will NEVER throw one artillery shell. They will light off every tube they have in one big salvo, pre-aimed at strategic spots, dial to the next set of grid coordinates, and throw the second salvo, then a third, etc.

They assume we will be doing counter battery and that they have to throw their whole payload as fast as possible.
