I would not be so quick to dismiss those ratings. I for one am angry Obamacare is not being repealed. You could have a very simple bill that would let markets pick up the slack by Christmas: on Dec25th 2017 Obamacare is fully repealed. SImple. Gives people and insurance companies time to respond and it could be sold as Trumps Christmas present to America. Instead we get pretend repeal.

Do you approve or disapprove of the way Donald Trump handles the Presidency?

Week 1: 20% disapprove, 50% neutral, 30% approve (Keep the 20% for next week's random sample)
Week 2: 34% disapprove, 43% neutral, 23% approve (keep 34% for next week's sample)
Week 3: 47% disapprove, 37% neutral, 17% approve.

At least that's my theory.....
